Veterinary Operations Manager

​The Veterinary Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of HSMC’s high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter and community veterinary clinic and leads the development of key lifesaving programs, including TNR, vaccine and microchip events, intake diversion services, and other community medical initiatives.
This position ensures that all veterinary and community health programs are efficient, compliant, and mission-driven, expanding access to care while supporting HSMC’s overall rescue and adoption efforts. The Veterinary Operations Manager collaborates across all departments to align clinic operations, foster care, and public programs under a unified strategy that promotes community-led sheltering and lifesaving care.
