After making your appointment you should receive multiple emails with consent forms and reminders. If you do not receive any emails please reach out to [email protected].  DO NOT email requesting an appointment.  All appointment requests MUST be made through the website.

If the North Mason School District  is closed due to inclement weather, we will be closed that day as well, and we will contact you to reschedule. If schools have a two hour delay, we will still operate as normal.  Please arrive at your scheduled drop off time.
If you feel unsafe traveling to your appointment or anticipate you will be later than your scheduled drop off time, please email [email protected] to notify and/or reschedule.
