When you submit an adoption application with the Humane Society of Mason County, your application is valid for any cat or dog in our care, so don’t feel limited to choosing based on photos alone! Once we receive your application, a member of our adoption team will contact you to discuss your application in detail and learn more about your household and preferences.
​From there, you’ll have the opportunity to meet animals in various ways:
  • At Ziggy’s Cat Lounge, where you can interact with multiple cats in a relaxed environment.
  • Through a scheduled appointment with our team.​
We’re committed to helping you find a pet that truly matches your home, lifestyle, and heart. 💕
We avoid placing single kittens under 6 months old in homes without a young cat, with rare exceptions. This policy aims to prioritize the well-being and social development of the kittens. ​Pets will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption!
